Everyone gets the experience; some get the lesson. – T.S. Eliot
Leaders who cannot learn from experience do not last long. Leaders who cannot be themselves eventually run out of followers. Authentic leaders are committed learners—not knower’s. They also draw their power to influence from who they ARE as human beings more than from anywhere else. It can be done. In fact, it must be done.
Authentic leaders that build trust, have better results through stronger teams and increase profitability while reducing employee turnover.
