- Your personal life has changed and does not fit the rhythm imposed by your current job;
- It is a very stressful atmosphere at your workplace, you are pushed by tight deadlines and targets;
- You do not get along with your boss, who impedes you;
- Organisational changes that affect the managerial style to which you cannot adapt;
- Nepotism and promotion on other grounds than professional performance which demotivate you and make you loose your interest in working hard, knowing that any results you have, the assessment is made on other criteria.
