- Be careful about this question. Highlight the positive aspects which have
attracted you to applying for this position. Do not mention the negative aspects
of your current job.
- What qualities do you think will be required for this job?
- Take into account the job advert. Also, tell them about other qualities such
as leadership, communication skills, problem solving, analytical skills, that
you consider can be important for that position.
- What can you contribute?
- Tell them about your achievements in your previous jobs which are relevant
to the new position. Give evidence of your competences and transferable skills,
by providing examples.
- Why do you want to work for this company?
- Emphasize the positive reasons why you want to work for their company, but
avoid aspects such as higher salary or shorter hours.
- What do you know about this company?
- This is your chance to show your knowledge of the company. Talk about their
products/services, news, company figures, customers, etc.

- Again, your research into the company should aid you in answering this
question.

personal growth, new challenges, etc.
