Williams & Partner celebrated 5 years anniversary

On 15 of May, 2008 in Obcanska Plovarna, we celebrated our 5th anniversary surrounded by our clients, partners and friends, in a cozy and pleasant atmosphere.
The official opening of the event started with an anniversary speech from the Managing Director of Williams & Partner, Mr. Joerg Keplinger who thanked all the clients and partners that have supported Williams & Partner from the beginning and participated to the growth of the company. He started by mentioning in brief the history of the company which started in 2003, as a small agency with just a few consultants and managed to develop into a successful company delivering qualitative solutions to its clients not just in Czech Republic but in most regions of CEE: “Normally companies who survive for more then 3 years are called successful start up’s; 5 years is not much longer but getting in 5 years among the Top 5 in our sector I would call that a huge success.”
Mr. Keplinger also explained how the current market conditions have affected the way that recruiting & consulting agencies do business nowadays. Due to a very low unemployment rate, the search and selection process has become more challenging and companies have to adapt their services and approach accordingly: “We went from a market which was more driven by client offers and candidate selection to a market which is now more driven by candidates and offer selection. These new developments have reinforced our concentration on the customer. Today our focus is on the relevance of the product to the customer, our relationship with him, and the trust and confidence both sides put into the co-operation.”
After 5 years of delivering successful services, Mr Keplinger reinforced the clients & partners that Williams & Partner will continue to deliver high quality services, while ensuring a strong commitment to data protection and business ethics.
The evening continued in a festive atmosphere, animated with good music and entertainment such as samba dance performance, magic show and a glamorous carnival show.
