Williams & Partner Leadership Series is presented twice per year, covering the latest trends in leadership with insights from internationally known speakers. Next seminar is scheduled for October, more information coming soon.
First seminar presented this year, entitled Leading Change, took place on 26 of March and was held by Mr. Trevor Smith. During this half a day seminar, Mr. Smith presented some of the challenges that leaders are facing due to the constant change which affects all aspects of their life, what it takes to be a leader and how to communicate best with your team in order to achieve your goals. He also discussed the value based leadership concept which describes how leaders can best lead their team and organization based on the core values which drive their life.
The main message of the seminar was: Stay ahead of change, reassess your motivations and get value based skills to achieve your goals.
The main topics discussed were: value based leadership, leading change and intercultural communication.
