Published: 15.4.2010

Williams & Partner brings together in a special formula, four most influential leaders of today’s business environment to discuss one of the most important topics in people’s business which is ENGAGEMENT.

We would like to invite you to a top leadership seminar, entitled “What can leaders do to re-engage", designed for top managers, HR executives, and decision makers.

Date & Time:  26th of May, 17.30 - 20.30h
Location: PwC Business Center, Kateřinská 40, Prague 2

Speakers:

Jan Mühlfeit, Chairman Europe, Microsoft

Barbara Frei, Country Manager, ABB

Jana Riebová, HR Director, Unicredit

Branislav Hunčik, Director HR services, PWC

Moderator:

Claire Dickson, Executive Coach, HR Solutions

Topic: The topic of the discussion is engagement and motivation, something that each leader should inspire to its employees in order to have a more effective working environment.

Why: The main goal of this event is to bring the importance of employees as "the most important asset" of any organization back on the table. During the last few month, due to the pressure of cutting costs at all means, this aspect has been neglected. Employees need to regain trust in their organization, and leaders must shift their focus from operational tasks to people management and productivity. Too many employees are looking to change their jobs, not because they are being restructured but because they are demotivated and disappointed in their leaders. This must raise an alarm to most companies and their leaders.

For more details about the program and registration see the leaflet.

Although there has been much talk of recent strains to this relationship, the level of cooperation between the countries remains ‘unparalleled’ among major powers....
