Williams & Partner is looking for a dynamic & motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bucharest

Job description:

  • Candidate search & selection – matching the right candidate with our clients job opportunities
  • Business development – developing close relationships with actual clients and expanding the portfolio by closing new contracts; responsible for generating sales revenue and business development activities.
  • Leading projects - create customised solutions for the client, ensuring the information flow with all parties during the entire process

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR/ recruitment /executive search
  • Knowledge of the FMCG/Retail business sectors is expected
  • Excellent communication and contact management skills
  • Excellent presentation & sales skills
  • English is a must, any additional languages is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of PC
