Williams & Partner is looking for a dynamic & motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bucharest
Job description:
- Candidate search & selection – matching the right candidate with our clients job opportunities
- Business development – developing close relationships with actual clients and expanding the portfolio by closing new contracts; responsible for generating sales revenue and business development activities.
- Leading projects - create customised solutions for the client, ensuring the information flow with all parties during the entire process
Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR/ recruitment /executive search
- Knowledge of the FMCG/Retail business sectors is expected
- Excellent communication and contact management skills
- Excellent presentation & sales skills
- English is a must, any additional languages is an advantage
- Good knowledge of PC
