Why: The main goal of this event is to bring the importance of employees as "the most important asset" of any organization back on the table. During the last few month, due to the pressure of cutting costs at all means, this aspect has been neglected. Employees need to regain trust in their organization, and leaders must shift their focus from operational tasks to people management and productivity. Too many employees are looking to change their jobs, not because they are being restructured but because they are demotivated and disappointed in their leaders. This must raise an alarm to most companies and their leaders.
